Cinnamon causes Diabetes!

Certainly not at the rate Cindy, Derek and I consumed those half-priced desserts at Cinnamon. If I was in North America, I would probably have made arrangements with my lawyer to sue for obesity.
Derek's Kiwi Tart. Bet it took them ages to find enough 'sweet' kiwis to put onto that piece of thing! Bet they chucked a whole lot of rejected sour ones as well!
Cindy's Mont Blanc.. essentially fresh cream topped with salty custard on a chocolate bowl. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're the crazy ass who squeezes whipped cream into your mouth directly from the can.

Hazelnut and jam doughnuts, which still doesn't surpass the Krispy Kreme standard unfortunately. Everything was great... until the circus on top of the Bar started! Not trying to diss anyone who's trying to make a living, but somehow women booty shakin' in skimpy dresses singing Black Eyed Peas' "MY HUMPS, MY HUMPS, MY LOVELY LADY LUMPS" on an elevated platform in SHANGRI-LA was simply unacceptable ... or shud I say... rather ludicrous for a five-star hotel. Which then led us to the conversation of whether they were wearing any sorta underwear... and 5mins later, one of them gave a high kick into the sky, and we HAD an answer. Yes, black undies to be exact, but we cud also safely assume that it was bushy. "Trying" to divert ourselves from such conversations orignated by lustful acts... we then went onto even worse shit! From hairy bodies > wetdreams > boxer-briefs > bras > V-strings! Wat the heck is a V-String?

Man, what a night! Ought to thank Derek & Cindy for picking up the tab at Chillis and at the parking machine (and no, I did not drop my money on purpose TWICE)!!. Occasion was apparently to celebrate "me moving on to better things".

So tell me, how often do you come across friends like these?! [Kim, you're included ;) ] Makes it even harder for me to leave the country... *sigh* ... very very much harder!
