God works in His own mysterious ways!

So today is church day!. Today is something to be proud of. My cousin who was lost spiritually, has finally decided to accept Christ. PTL! So how did this randomness come about?

It was a Saturday night when I recieved an sms from Cheryl, she wanted to meet up for church at 10:30am. *Deal!* I said, and since my cousin was with me, I thought that it would be a nice gesture to ask her to tag along saja la. She gently refused but after much persuasion, she did agree to drop by. Pheww! Mission completed. (Jus a lil 411 on my cousin, she's smart, high-flying, eccentric but occasionally paranoid about petty things... and recently shit happened.. but hey, thats life rite?)

Next mornin' came, holy fark, 10:15am! Was kinda awaken by my cousin's sms - tellin me she's backin out! Wattt? FFKer! Anywayz, as I scrambled to grab some clothes in effort to look 'too hot for church', Cheryl smsed me - tellin me she jus woke up as well! Hahaha. There's another service at 5pm... so can skive the mornin service la.

Called my cousin to let her know that I'll be heading church sometime later ... and no surprise that some excuses came in..."I need to clean my room etc". Haha... too much BS for me! So I told her that she can FFK me but she better not FFK Him. Plus, I keep tellin ppl, if you can spend the entire damn week requesting for bigger houses and faster cars from Him, 2 hours on a Sunday is seriously nothin' at all!

Miraculously... she gave in to my naggin' and we were off to church! FYI, the message relayed in the morning service is different from the ones in the evening. So, the message that evening was "How to Deal with the Unexpected". Hmm... interesting! As we sang the last song of the day, my cousin went into the prayer room and disappeared for 10mins. Me, being a super-patient dude *ahem* waited outside - and when she came out, she told me that she has accepted Christ. PTL! Haha. Then I asked "Why suddenly?". She replied "I made a bet with Him, if today's message is relevant to my life, I will accept Him" LOL. Purrrfect timing I must say!
